Hi Bearmove, good idea to cover shorts here. I think the fix is in on Friday's jobs revision. That will really shut Kerry up in the debate that evening. You have to know that the whole Hoover/Great Depression comparison over the loss of jobs is the key to their hopes. If Bush can point to real JOBS and some sort of TREND toward GROWTH Friday will be a big day to close out a strong week for all the indexes. I would expect to see some major volume coming in and follow through on Monday. All that jibberish is of course contingent on the 1M+ revision erasing the image of this administration as a loser on the economy. Hope this is not too political but this week run-up sure looks like it's based on Luskin's appraisal of the pending jobs report and revision.
