If thats the case, how would we know the current number of shares they purchased back?

Maybe it's a smart move for Qasar not to give an accurate picture of the "finish line" regarding stated percentage of the buy back, as it may cause a buying frenzy that would contradict their objective. JMO

Ichi---I wonder if we could put the buy-back sec document on a sticky for poster reference? Mods---would you do this? Seems appropraite since we are in the middle of a buy-back.

Fully diluted at 750M shares and a projected EBITDA of $33M gives us .044 per share. No PE just a simple math equation that everyone can understand. (33,000,000 divided by 750,000,000)

.044 per share.

Add at least 2 more acquisitions.

Add flight school profits.

Equals more than .044 per share.

Pretty simple decision.

So worrying about Outstanding Shares and Float size just doesn't matter to me at .021.

Thanks Ichi: That, along with what brikk told me yesterday puts it all together for me. The confusion resulted from the abnormally high ask and abnormally low bid that DBAB submitted yesterday. Most of use were confused, when if fact they were putting their price out of trading range much like other MM's do after trading hours. (They did not plan on making trades because another MM (NITE) was trading for them) This makes perfect sense now. (Please correct me if I'm off on this)

Thanks again to you and the more knowledgeable people on this board.
