Thanks JR, sh_t I'm gonna have to break the bank to take care of all of you wonderful people in Cabo! It will be my absolute pleasure! What would be really cool is a team victory here for us "commons" (excuse the pun) folk. To get an EC approved with stellar representation that actually has classy individuals on it, impressing the judge, getting the favorable ruling and then all of us reaping the rewards that we so justly deserve.
Regardless of the price we got in, we also took the risks that any other common shareholders take, perhaps even a greater one since the company was and is still in BK. Most professionals are impressed when you can put an organized, cogent and easy to understand business case in front of them. I have no doubt that the powers that be on this message board are more than up to that task. My letter will be in the mail first thing tomorrow morning.
