drank more of the kool aid, but interestingly could drink it only in small sips of 400-600 shares fractionally below 0.19........the larger, all or none, would not fill at 0.19

Is this selling program to keep a lid on SP, or just an inefficient program?

gfp - The delisting is well anticipated. At this point I really do not think that it is a significant issue.
