Based on my conversations I can only conclude-the management does not want to be acquired @ less than a buck. I do not understand the doubling of authorized shares, especially after such nauseating dilution this year, no trial results and no deal. I go back to what MV asked me last week which was " do you know who is buying the stock?" I am guessing here but I would not be surprised to see a group of stock holders becoming more proactive, in "some way". I would not be surprised but again it's a guess. Just how Proactive? again who knows, but this dilution is just ridiculous and the results of the "partnering" department is so far, a bad joke.
