No, I have been paying attention. You are obviously limited. The fact that you claim the last 4 or 5 PRs were let downs which I agree they were something of a let down FOR THE AVERAGE IMPATIENT INVESTOR (they were not a let down for me) is an entirely separate point. The news delivered on those occasions was insufficient to get volume and the PPS really going on a sustainable basis but that does not mean no news is good news. Two different things.
Let down news does not equal and will never equal a preference for no news at all. Only the feeble and small-minded would think such a thing but you'd have to be something else to actually say or print it.
