The official PR makes sense to me and what Dale says (on here or by phone to less than experienced shareholders) does not. IMO it's a dangerous thing for paid IR's to be posting on these boards..ask Newbaur from EESO!
You have to decide for yourself. The part about keeping your old shares makes no sense to me as they are usually exchanged for the new shares via the T/A and brokerage firms. Maybe something new...I doubt it???
The resulting empty shell usually becomes the property of the emerging corporation and can be used by it for the benefit of all shareholders...like start a new subsidiary or JV?

Question: "If i had 50000 shares right now what will i have when everything is all said and done?"
Answer: "You will end up keeping your 50000 shares of Behl stock the shell and you will also receive 5000 shares of the new companies stock which will still be worth the same as the previous day before."
