Nice to see someone else doing all the explaining, I just can not believe after all this time people here are still asking about how the merger will work when we have discussed this well over a hundred times at least. Great explanation for all the newbies.

You got it wrong. 100,000 becomes 10,000 but you still own 100,000 of an empty shell.Unfortunately, we do not know what the value of the 10,000 shares in the new company will be worth. This is where the management of BEHL has failed to give us information for us to even make a guess. There is a chance that it may not 10x what our current price is. WE NEED INFORMATION ON THIS MERGER. If not the pps will continue the current trend which is negative.I am surprised that INCL is doing so well because I think that BEHL has better fundamentals.
