Gfp - I think that any notion that the additional share authorization would give Cortex the ability to show strength and play hardball can be retired.

An additional financing might raise enough cash for another 6 months.

And as we've already seen, even if there are some BPs genuinely interested in Cortex, they are more than willing to wait.

That fact alone makes me seriously question how much interest there really is.
