How would the DOJ not get involved if we havd counterfitting of certs? According to you, we have accounting fraud, insider trading fraud, counterfitting fraud amongst many other things. What if the counterfit certs were done by someone else. What if the company is 100% legit. What happens now?

Patch, "really"? Since when is fraud not a criminal offense? Last I checked, it is a FED offense, especially in this day and age in the market, and across state lines?

I could be wrong, I dont think so though.
