well thats all your opinion about what you just stated in regards to SPNGE we will have to see how it plays out..I personally believe the company has been deceptive on quite a few number of issues I think we will know the truth sooner then later here...the stock price sure aint looking so hot....IMO if the company is so honest they need to do more to re-assure there shareholders because this stock has been treading sideways as has investor confidence in SPNGE and Managment as a whole.

And NO ONE knows WHO the SEC is investigating with regards to the company...

The company said IT was being investigated, and I don't doubt that's true.
