IF SO, why would he pay tax on a million dollars he received from SYNJ via a sale of stock and then loan it back to the company -- seems he could not charge high enough interest rate on such a loan to ever get even -- BUY if he did receive money from such a sale of SYNJ stock to loan back to the company, he must think this thing will explode in value to ever get even on such a transaction - all imo and i could be looking at wrong
