Believe it or not...I just called BNY-Mellon (Transfer Agent) about two hours ago and they said exactly what you just did.

I do not believe there are any transferring in 2010. There were (2) dates. One was Jan. 2009 and the other is Oct. 2009.

These shares have been issued June [2]008 and are included the 1.7 million shares. This was done by the deadline in June 2008 to avoid the need to pay dividends. they can't TRANSFER the shares until Oct. 14 for some shares and another date in 2010 for the remainders. Transfer includes sale of shares.
