he probably kept all the assets himself
according to one very recent source that checked, the guy handling the wells is still sending checks to Jim Dial

and this is after this entire changeover of the shell

it very much looks like JD used GFCI to buy these wells and transfer any real property and then transferred them to himself

which is illegal as heck......but so far he's getting away with it

when will the madness end
