I don't accept the concept of Brian being an idiot anymore ( I used to think that, along with the fact that maybe he just got in over his head with being new to pinks)
I believe he is much smarter than any of us have given him credit for...I believe he knows what he is doing.
I know for a fact that more than one person here has confronted him months ago about the Big 3 Red Flags (I personally e-mailed IR Chris, and Brian himself back in June) about updating pinks, and ungagging the TA, and updating Nevada SOS. So no I don't buy the fact that it was an oversite to not pick up the phone and call the TA and give them permission to let us shareholders know the share structure.
Not to mention he has people (himself I believe) monitoring this board (as he mentioned in a newsletter) so he has seen us NON STOP complain about these issues.
Brian claims he knew nothing of the lawsuit until last Thursday...so that would make him a liar if that is the reason the TA was gagged.
He is smarter than your post gives him credit for.
Let's hope you are correct, and the new TA will be ungagged b/c if not...this is BS
hiding information from shareholders is the only reason to gag a TA
