They'd have known if they'd had a call from the SEC. And I think it's likely that they did.

Doesn't fit the time line now does it.

Getfugu says they backed out of the deal on the 24th of September becaue of things being investigated with Spongetech. However, SPNG did not produce an 8k stating there was an official SEC investigatin until 9/25 after hours.

That one might take some "splainin".
