The story is GFGU has no money, has not had any money, and has a poor product.
So SPNG/Vanity pays through RME, which is their LOC in essence.
SPNG pulls out because of the disagreement on what they would get in return.
GFGU has already locked up the money somewhere else, even though they would KNOW IMMEDIATELY that it came from RME. But since SPNG is pulling out on the deal, they come up with this lame ass story.
They have no money to pay back SPNG, and most likely are now also looking at a lawsuit from Google.
again, I say "hahahahah", GFGU is garbage. And if you put more stock into what they say, thats your choice I guess in this silly world of he said she said.
Fact is SPNG/VAEV/RME paid partial, GFGU wasted it on bonuses or something, and now cant/wont pay them back.
