They may be prepared to testify that that was part of the deal. But it would, I think, be a "he said, she said" thing.

As for the short position, it's currently insignificant.

Z4, you quote the short interest for GFGU as 58,100, but the same site quotes SPNG with a 239,500 short interest.
Why is GFGU's short interest real, and SPNG's short interest
from the same site, wrong? Why would you quote a site that
you said was wrong about SPNG, be right about GFGU?
