no_BS: LOL!!

I realize it's being a bit coy on your part, but again anyone who has traded for any length of time knows that in these types of instances it is the short sellers/hedge funds hopes to both continue the short selling and bring their paid henchmen onto message boards to scare away any small retailers.

And yet iHub members, including an iHub admin, have been indicted by the SEC for running a PUMP and DUMP operation here. Yes, anyone who has traded for any length of time surely knows it's the shorts, and not the pump and dumpers, that are a problem here. LOL!!!

The SEC would certainly not allow for PRs to be put out and lawsuits to be filed while a company is under investigation and would have called a halt to trading if these real or imagined misdeeds were blatantly true.

What?? The SEC has no control over what the company says or does. Every company has the right to put out product-related PRs in any circumstances. As to lawsuits, I know of one company that brought suit AGAINST THE SEC while they were being investigated. Needless to say, that didn't work out very well; it was quickly dismissed.

And I and others were sued, again unsuccessfully, by AZNT while the company was under formal investigation.
