I see a possibility of a 1 for 3 share swap with JPM...and at the time of the swap JPM is trading at aprx $36. This would approximate Diamonds $12+.... though diamond is now thinking of 2X value or aprx $15.50 to $16.50 range. Thing is ...I can provide valuations of share price but in the end the judges determination as to "awarded amount" could be anywhere.
