Not an expect but IMHO IRA Type accounts are not designed for trading. You can not buy until previous transactions have settled unless you can cover the trade. I don't see any way around that. I trade in my IRA account all the time but I keep a large cash core to cover the trades. Trading is much easier in my taxable accounts with margin even though I don't actuallly use the margin.
