We can post till our fingers are sore and have supposed backing by the SFC, but fact is Megas has still not filed or communicated in public anything with shareholders or the SEC by his choice and has stated his refusal to do so in emails with links!!!
You are totally incorrect..there are NO assurances that this will trade by simply filing...but Megas DOES NEED to file.
It's what's IN the filings that would determine if BCIT trades...and I am more than positive Megas will not come up with what is required IN the filings...even IF he files.
