Gralla is what we have, ERHE is not the lead....

Operator in this endeavor,...so Gralla's knowledge is valuable to us. All he really needs to know is if what ERHE is being told, makes sense, and looks truthful.

He needs to be able to ask the right questions of the geologists and other experts.

We can hire, or rent other knowledgeable personnel, if we need them.

What would a geologist have been doing for the last 5 years, except collecting a salary?....and piling up stock options?

I know alot of people whose expertise were in one certain field, yet they also through their experience know other fields as well. Just because someones main hat is one thing does not mean they know nothing about other areas. Mr. Gralla may be an engineer, yet I would bet he knows much of the geology needed for the deepwater projects he is overseeing. I would also bet that he knows the drilling process for deepwater projects extremely well.

Correct, Ledbetter was the Geologist and certainly added input regarding drill locations. It's too bad he isn't still with the company to enjoy the fruits of his labor.
