That was proven false. That came from an unknown e-mail sender and declared to be bogus. Legal teams represented by the company, Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire got involved.

Obviously, there has been a large effort to discredit FRP. The issues are all results of the massively fast growing pains taken on from the buy out of Verizon. FRP has addressed all of these and is currently emerging from those efforts. Their current debt is being restructured and there are doubts that FRP will be successful at accomplishing this. This is where the risk is in buying their stock. I happen to believe this, too, will be resolved and the PPS will rise considerably. This time last year, that was near $10 and two years ago, $20.

It's a risk/reward proposition with the reward having the ability to return great gains. Also, fwiw, there is a rumor going around that AT&T is looking at buying FRP out.
