Same here. I too am looking at the docs. If I see something that I perceive as a giant red flag, I'll cash in my chips (or a majority of them) and move on with a nice gain.
We all have our concerns here, and some post them and some don't. For me, it's that the assets outnumber the liabilities in order the pay off the debt and get the damn bonds paid off. Which is why I really would like to see an asset sale. Judging by who has been retained by the company, I believe one is in the works. But nothing in the recent docs changed my opinion about the eventual status of the shares. You better believe the lawyers for the creditors want us to get little to nothing. Fortunately, they won't have the final say.
