My side? I speak for myself... not a "side" and most of the really conservative people I know are not "Evangelicals" for that matter I don't think I even know 1 Evangelical. Most of the conservatives I know are small business owners or work for themselves...

You can't sit here and honestly tell us with a straight face that isn't the case? The platform shifted from fiscal conservatives and states rights to some twisted morality code and Christian fundamentalism.

The Democratic party has it's issues too, don't get me wrong. But when looking at both parties, it is the Republicans.. who are no longer Republicans. Abraham Lincoln would roll over in his grave if he saw the mess the Republican party has become.
