You give him too much credit. He thought that by simply incorporating in another state he was covered. There's info he doesn't want out public even though he says he wants to. It's not anything other than he likes to sound good but doesn't back it up (aka believing your own bs)
Interesting that once BBDA's TA received a court order to stop issuing new shares, the volume dropped. Within days, Scottrade restricted BBDA to no-buy/sell-only. I'll bet the TA contacted the DTCC and the DTCC put out an advisory, which Scottrade acts on while others don't. It also could've been YA Global that contacted them.
