Jimsz. I think that is a very logical reply and explaination. First you have to get the holding company out of BK court w/debts negotiated using the courts power and structure.
Would make for a new beginning!
Walrath could kick us out of BK court as soon as A>L and this case is settled against JPM. In the emantime we hide behind the courts protection banner.
