The good thing about this is if YA Global is successful, BW is removed permanently and YA Global takes over the business.
YAG should be able to manage it A LOT better than Brian.

Thank you for posting as it was an interesting read, and one I'm sure the few pumpers on the board won't bother even reading through.

This does NOT look good for the company as it is very obvious as to why we are incorporated in 3 different states, and also as to why pinksheets has never been updated.

I'm sure that this stems from Carnes, and not Brian, but obviously Brian has tried to get out of paying the debt that Carnes left behind.

I see no way that Brian is going to win this....but we will see.

makes sense Brian Weber over looked some documents when he legally purchased Bebida Beverages. he makes mention of a couple of documents in his u-tube interview. that was about the end of may. he got swindled made a mistake, believe he tried to ignore the legal action ya global investment presued, yes 400,000 is the ask est. tomorrow we find out the outcome.judge will give a verdict for all including the benifit to share holders.
Powalisz and Carnes as well Jared. K&I Iternational bught shares from and sold CXAC. other than Carns was affliated with BBDA some time ago?
