At least there are some positives. First there will be an uplisting in a few months, second we soon own all of Subaye.
We can't count the 22 million shares in warrants as dilution just yet because if they are in the money we are a lot higher than we are today meaning at 12 cents.
Still lots of dilution and it will be interesting what kind of quarter we get next. At least this time they diluted at 8 cents rather than 6 cents. LOL
