Of course it could influence Wamu. What if Wamu endorced me for president? The new identity of corporations as political contributors is a step in the direction of recognizing such said entities as indeed; creatures themselves unto and pertaining the rights, privledges, and responsibilities and liability for their donations.

The other component here is that corporations are becoming as real as the Velvatine Rabbit. The money we use to run them is becoming more and more fake, unreal, and inert, in fact what in 1964 was 90% silver, and in 1983 went from copper to zinc, is just a mere electron at my USAA savings account. Credit is replacing wealth. So with these things understood we can see that this change in how companies can indirectly be affected by the election of a president can have an effect on their operations. So, knowing this, if Wamu or Lehman or Inca Designs Inc. was really going down, and wanted to go down swinging, well it could be done just as easily as America was born herself. If one of these companies got the momemtum in public opinion with as much amplitude, volume and frequency we saw in this past election, well then, nothing is impossible or out of the question. If a company got the public support of a war hero who truely could be embraced by this generation as a peace maker, then with the support of 100+ years of good will companies could return from the "dead", because in giving them the abilty to donate to presidents or senators, they can later receive things money can't buy, or would have to be invented and implemented in the first place. Have you ever played monopoly without money? Take a stack of yellow stickies and write IOU's next time for each transaction, that's what every politician does above the $5,000.00 PAC limit for his friends and family....now they can just do it without the yellow stickies and in the name of Wamu or Inca Designs or Lehman Brothers.... Names have value. Look at the name "Kennedy", just saying it invokes some privledge in just having known what one was.
