If the SEC has been involved for a couple of months as many here have not only implied but stated as a fact, even at a slow and careful pace the SEC would have had time to determine there was enough of a problem to suspend trading - it seems that many have stated as fact many negative things that would justify a suspension, and it seems they have alluded to the fact they learned these things directly or indirectly as a result of the SEC investigation, so i am encouraged that there has not been a suspension - plus there has been postive PRs from company and notice to shareholders of an investigation in the 8K --imo - but a suspension could come this week or not at all
to look at the otherside of the coin, the reaon for the notice of investigation in the form of an 8K would be that maybe the investigation is near an end and a determination about a fine or other action has been suggested to SPNG and the 8K is just a way of preparing shareholders - maybe we could be near the end of the investigation rather than at the beginning - I have no idea
