722 Million was the O/S as of 4-20-09 according to the 10Q. that was five months ago (i actually bought on that filing). since then the volume has reflected a much higher O/S and SPNG did not show up on Reg SHO until late July. the only other official number since is the 3 Billion A/S in Fridays 8K.
for the record i quit trading SPNG when the E was added, just one of my rules/safety switches :)
