Inside info on BBDA is semi subjective. Regulation FD (Fair Disclosure) really addresses the dissemination of information that affects the stock price. I'll have to go back and check. Certainly, information that's non public such as production timelines fall under the fair disclosure regulation. But Weber's asinine email doesn't really fall under that. The lawsuit itself is public record and his response is a dud that won't do anything to change the pps.
"Real CEO's" would filed an 8-K material event (which the BBDA lawsuit is) and follow that up with a press release. In BBDA's case, it's anonymous posters posting an email and nothing about the original suit. Weber's known about this for over a month and found it more important to PR some unimportant race results. He knew about the problem way before that.
