Apparently you haven't followed many scams. Perhaps you should read the SEC and US Federal Court documents on USXP to see how their scam worked. Pretty much the same. And believe it or not... they used the N/S claim to keep *investors* preoccupied while the CEO's *friends* sold $35,000,000 worth of unregistered shares. The Federal Court ruling (and subsequent US Appeal Court Ruling were rather scathing about that one. But hey... do as you wish!
