What I said was we need to get an 8k to see the a/s #
It wasn’t a big surprise as it said that the reduction in a/s was supposed to take effect only after the r/s so now that they cxl the r/s the # is as it was prior to that
Even the SEC news shouldn’t be a surprise as any co that will get that bad press one can expect it
