Thank you, laurap! I'm reconstructing this all in my mind, a somewhat dangerous thing to do; but, I believe this is what has happened. In early '09 SMAS had 10 Billion AS, nearly all of which were in the OS. Sometime later, its corporate status was revoked by the Nevada SOS.
In April of this year, SMAS issued another 5 Billion shares, which i think were never registered, (making 15 Billion in all. Evidently, on the 14th of this month, SMAS did register an additional 5 Billion shares. All of which gives us 20 Billion shares in the OS. The additional 5 Billion were undoubtedly issued in conjunction with Roon's Goons paid pump campaign.
And all this time, many posters have tried to convince us there was no dilution going on. Now, we know there was ... and any one saying differently is ....ummmm ... mistaken.
