I would think they would move quick in a sense the SEC thats why it would be halted early in the week plus it could save some shareholder value ina sense if they did not hault it early in the week the stock could tank really bad each day..just my two cents.I'm sure the SEC has what its looking for this is not a huge case like a madoff or a complex one like enron this is a much smaller company is SPNGE.
