well thats why you may see trading halted monday to protect new invesotrs and such, and to stop this securty from getting a huge sell off, it could get ugly on monday for SPNGE
they don't halt stocks for as/os. they halt for sec violations, and i believe when they feel their case is strong enough, they will halt trading for this. my opinion, is to just give it time. imho.
