So being on reg sho for over 40 days is urban legend i agree it could be dllution but it could also be nss I now for a fact there investigateing the volume of tradeing because i got reply from finra on the situation several months ago end july early august

Funny how it doesn't mention *shorting* as a priority.
Common violations that may lead to SEC investigations include:

misrepresentation or omission of important information about securities;

violating broker-dealers' responsibility to treat customers fairly;

insider trading (violating a trust relationship by trading on material, non-public information about a security); and

no it can't. the sec investigates sec violations. period. they don't investigate urban legend. the sec is investigating spng for securities violations. there is no other explaination.

For an 'urban legend', the SEC considers naked shorting to be a real problem. May I suggest that you do more homework on that matter.

No other explanation, huh? Like maybe someone else might have crossed the line?
