So now we know why Brian formed the Delaware corporation.

Yorkville Advisors have done their homework and covered every possible scenario. They even quoted Brian's own statements from the youtube video admitting that he is in fact the owner of the Nevada state Bebida Corporation.

Let's hope Brian's lawyer is more skillful than his web designer.
