tex: There's no question we longs all want DR and his team to succeed. After all, if the team succeeds, we succeed! As DR said in PR, "our outlook for the future is positive." I firmly believe that, as well. The court battle wasn't so much a battle over money as it was over the LTC patents. DR won that battle for us and saved those immensely valuable patents from a rapacious group. And, as knowledgeable people on this board and elsewhere indicate, our CCTI technology (carbon capture) could yield even more to shareholders than LTC. For what it's worth, having studied Dr. Sayari's patents in some detail, I'm more or less overwhelmed by the professor's apparent genius and, more to the point, the ingenuity of his breakthrough invention that experimentally beats the stuffing out of what's out there now.
There are so many good things to look forward to; the PRs need to focus on the prospects and stay upbeat. The trademark understatement we read in DR's PRs can sometimes trip itself up and unwittingly telegraph unintended gloom. If "our outlook for the future is positive," communicate it!
