so oyu think the company is guilty, they gave shares out and the company sold those shares before the allocated time frame, and caused dillution on the company in 2008 of the summer, basivally if anything that company who sold the shares early should be sued by the shareholders for breaking that agreement cxac did nothing wrong...care to explain?
