What he is saying is that whether the share count did or did not increase in the last two weeks, it is irrelevant. To a certain extent, i agree. Because 15 Billion shares is ludicrous. Of course 10 Billion or 5 billion or 1 Billion would be ludicrous, also. With only 12k in gross income the number of Billions doesn't really matter.

My interest is in finding out if any illegal activity is occurring with the share count.

i know the share structure increased 5 months ago. yet repeatedly its been posted that it is still the same now.
