Hey git.., just the one I want to see.I wish to impose on you for your programming skills but its in VT language.I know enough of it to get things done but not enough to start from scratch.I need an indicator built in VT language that I am using on Oanda with great success and find it superior even to IFT IMO.Its a CCI(7) with an EMA(5)Green and a WMA(4)Red overlay. Not much to it but its VERY effective. If you have the time it would be great but if not let me know and I will request it from cskidmore on the VT forum.I built the overlay for VT and looks great there also but building an overlay is not the same as having a custom indicator that can be shared with our other traders that use VT and can be downloaded....if you build it name it "Ultimate CCI" or whatever you deem a good name and we candecide from there...this indie is good..really good!
git.., almost forgot...the CCI itself is hidden..only the moving averages are seen on the final indicator ....so the indicator needs to be built so someone with a white background or black background or whatever their color can hide it by editing indicator properties.
I lightened my load a bit before the Friday session close so I'm good right now. Plenty of margin left to go.
The chart is so oversold I can't really see much more downside to it without some kind of bounce first.
I've been down MUCH further on the Beast. I guess I'm so antsy this time because it's real money...LOL!
That's what happened to me on E/U the other day. I've learned that if I average down at the technical bottom and ride it out, it almost always comes back, at least to within a reasonable level. I got spooked and bailed with a $170 loss on my E/U longs when I could have held and actually come out with a few dollars to the good when it bounced the next day.
That's what's so crazy about trading. We all know the rules because we've done it so much. But it seems like we get these crazy urges to violate the rules to make the big kill.
I've got to get me an extra infusion of that "ice water" in my trading veins...LOL!
