you are missing my point...

first these fails have to fail for an extended period of time... it makes no difference how high or low the threshold is...

It is a system put in place to stop people from gaming the system...

And further this is not the first time or the second time this has taken place... but the third time...

very odd huh???

Why would someone be trying to game the system so often?

it doesn't matter...

if the ratio is artificially low because the o/s is 3b, then the Percetage of ftds is lower... BUT the actually REAL number of ftds presented is potentially GREATER than it would be if the o/s was 722 and the 'normal' ratio was in play...

the bottom line is that a short position great enough to trip the threshhold exists here.. AND HAS existed for over a month...
