do you know the people that posted these post concerning forgery cases that the FBI ignored and so on to the SEC. I think it goes back to 3-4 people, is that correct. Please reply, it is important. This is the first I have heard about this. What you read late at night. Do you know how they knew. I need to know who started this; do you know. Good luck with your investments.

pensley's name was used...maybe even his signiture...but technically, hes not the victim of anything..he suffered no loss as a result..whoever suffered a loss would be the victim...

and no...the fbi couldnt care less bout that kind of forgery case....its small potatos and nothing but a hassle...the sec IS the right agency to investigate it...

and if you want to talk about pensley suffering the loss of his good name, that would be debatable...but that would involve more of a identity theft...and still he wouldnt have suffered a tangible loss...so no one would care...
