Yeah i could see that without huge news. look at other stocks trading in the pennies with similar share structure(from what we know), they don't even have revenue. we should be able to show revenue at some point if things countinue to happen. as we get closer to that, the share price should move to levels like the others. at this point i've decided to let it ride for the long haul(year end?), been here this long , why not.

Check that if the A/S is 6 billion with no explanation
from the company, we need to watch the O/S closely to
confirm if dilution is occuring. With all the talk
of grants and loans funding the expansion you have to wonder
what the purpose is for raising the A/S. The fact that
the T/A is gagged makes this harder to monitor. This
is the reason for the recent PPS decline, the only question
is it dilution itself or selling due to fear of dilution.
The fact that the information has been just getting out tells
me the company is probably selling shares.
