The issue is... if they want to compare this fiscal years numbers with last years numbers, last years numbers must be audited with a currently registered PCAOB accounting firm... and as 2008 numbers were done by Drakeford and Drakeford, wich is on a one-year suspension from the PCAOB the 2008 numbers are not currenltly backed-up by a PCAOB firm, so the SEC now informed Spongetech that this is the case, so now Robison & hill is auditting the 2008 numbers, so the offical 2009 numbers can be submitted.
Nothing is/was wrong with the last years audit per say, the reason why they must be re-audited is the fact when SPNG compares 2009 numbers in the 10K with 2008 numbers, 2008 numbers are considered un-audited, because Drakeford does not have PCAOB affilaition.
