Very True! if this is infact a win for NEOM over scanbuy, other companies will see that its not worth going through all the costs of the court to come to a settlement anyways...
this also would be good for the clearing house and ecosystem as it brings everyone that much closer in working together to make this thing work, whether they want to or not, the court will make them play nice together....
Not everyone is aware of this yet. I would consider a settlement a "Significant Material Event" which would not only generate a PR but also require a SEC Filing either one of which will send this thing up!
